Today, the Manny Diaz Campaign announced the endorsement of the Hispanic Vote Political Action Committee. Based on interviews with the candidates, the group’s Board of Directors says its impartial and diverse panel selected Diaz because he is the most qualified candidate and he has demonstrated support for the Hispanic community. Diaz has represented District 103 in the Florida House of Representatives since 2012 and is seeking a third term.

“I am honored to have The Hispanic Vote’s support,” said Diaz. “I appreciate the hard work this group does to engage and activate Hispanic voters, and I look forward to continuing to work with them to strengthen our community and increase opportunities for all residents and families of District 103.”

The Hispanic Vote Political Action Committee is a nonpartisan political action committee whose mission is “to educate, inform and engage the community with the goal of increasing Hispanic voter and political participation.” Its Board of Directors includes a wide range of Hispanic community leaders, and the group’s vision is for all Hispanic citizens to exercise their right to vote.
