Mayor Roberto Martell praises Diaz as the strong leader and public servant District 103 needs in Tallahassee.
Hialeah, Fla. — Today, the Manny Diaz Campaign announced the endorsement of Roberto Martell, mayor of the Town of Medley. Martell is the latest of a growing list of local officials who are supporting Diaz. First elected in 2012, Diaz is seeking re-election to the District 103 seat in the Florida House of Representatives.
“Manny Diaz is a first-class public servant,” said Martell. “It is vital that we continue to have his leadership in Tallahassee on education and other issues of importance to our area, and I am proud to support him. He is a great partner at the state level for the Town of Medley, and I look forward to continuing to work with him.”
Martell was elected mayor in 2012. With a background in the private sector, his tenure in office has been characterized by accessibility and efficiency in town operations.
“I am proud to have the support of a great leader like Mayor Martell,” said Diaz. “It’s a privilege to work with him in serving the citizens of Medley, and I look forward to continuing to work together to make our community an even better place.”
